Properties String Question

Properties string in menu doesn't work. Is it normally? Archi 4.0 GA.

The string for "Properties" is part of the Eclipse framework not Archi. I can't remember right now but if you follow the advice "Download the Eclipse language packs for the target language" at https://www.archimatetool.com/dev/translate-archi it maight be there.
