Here is the Lean EA Framework (LEAF) published as an Archi HTML report. This framework can be used for managing diagrams, and also supporting the operational development work of an organization..
"Lean EA" is an approach that integrates operational development and Enterprise Architecture (for more details see:  https://www.researchgate.net/publication/328560027_Lean_Enterprise_Architecture_Method_for_Value_Chain_Based_Development_in_Public_Sector ).

Version 1.3? :o

If you mean version 1.3 of the HTML report, this is something that JB and others are working on for Archi 4.9:

Hi This is great!
I love it. I always gest stuck or go blind when someone shows the model contains Stencils that are out of Default stencils from ArchiMate, Example the Triangle on your "The LEAF"
or the The Milky Way Map with ArchiMate

is there any way I can find the Archimate File for this model ?

Hi Thumesh,

I am pretty sure those are "note" elements, with a custom image added. I've used this approach for setting up dashboards and such. If you mouse over the "Management" triangle at the top, you will see that the white space outside of the triangle is clickable (a box) - so it's a rectangle note element with a blue triangle image, centered at the bottom with a white background and no border.

Using notes works well for this, and views can be dragged on top of them (or elements), but the only caution is that if you are using images as your background "canvas" - aka your milky way link, then you need to be careful with the sizing of the images, stretching them will blur them and a scalable format like SVG is not supported currently.
