Where I work, nearly 50% of information shared by oral. I want to modeling this point but I don't know how to do ... Do you have some references to share on this, please ?

Hi,

The best place to ask question about the use of the ArchiMate standard itself if on the ArchiMate User Community (https://archimate-user-community.pages.opengroup.org).

That being said, oral information sharing can be modeled through a flow between two Business Actors. If you want to keep track of the information itself, you can model it as a Business Object and associate it with the flow.
