Hi
Is there a way to enforce the NewLine in a name of a topic? (for identifiers in the upper line)
I haven't found it in the Help (I am a newcomer).

If you mean the name of a concept, then no. We did discuss this once:

https://github.com/archimatetool/archi/issues/77

so it needs to be re-visited.
