Title: Report:Model:Cover:Background path when using CoArchi
Post by: yellek on December 08, 2023, 04:31:58 AM
Hi,

I'd like to include a custom report cover for my Jasper Report (Customisable Template) and I'm using CoArchi. Where do I put it and what is the syntax for the property?

Ideally I'd like this to be placed into the repository and available for other users.

Hi,

The property should be set on the model element itself and should contain the real path of the cover image. This means that unless you have a shared drive which is mounted using the same letter (or path) for all users, it won't work. (this feature has been design before any collaboration feature, at the time a model was only used by one person).

In you context, I would instead duplicate the default report directory, put it into the "jasper-report" subfolder of your personal "Archi" folder, and change the default cover image by your custom one.

Regards,

JB
