Did somebody already use Archi to manage a data dictionary ?

In a previous project we were using Yourdon notation to manage a centralized data dictionary from data object to elementary description. It was very useful. The efficiency was from the centralized repository independant from object defined in models. One unique definition was usable in many part of the project, even in description by referring it from the dictionary.

Is it a way to do something similar or get same efficiency with Archi or a Plugin ?
Is somebody also thinking that it is something interesting for Archi ?

Thank you for your interest

Hi Michel,

we are working on several clients to implement their business objects catalog, and data disseminitation towards applications ecosystem.

Sorry, no screenshots allowed for those companies.

One of the scope has been driven by GDPR compliance for instance.

Hello Cedric, I didn't see your comment before, sorry.
How did you manage it into Archi ?
Kind regards

Alberto

I'm not familiar with Yourdon notation.  Can someone explain how Archi/Archimate could be used to visualize a data dictionary?
