Title: Did Open Exchange File Format allow user-created sub-folders?
Post by: Stanley on June 14, 2018, 16:47:09 PM
Hi

We are using Archi 4.2 to export model to Open Exchange however neither GUI's Include Folder Organisation Options check nor the ACLI's --xmlexchange.exportFolders option keep the user-created sub-folders within the Model Tree. Is there a way to export them?

Best regards,

They are exported. The exchange format calls them <item> in the XML.

Take a look at the documentation http://www.opengroup.org/subjectareas/enterprise/archimate/model-exchange-file-format

Yes I found them, but can they be imported?

No, they are not imported. There is a very good reason for this. See https://github.com/archimatetool/archi/issues/288
