Hello all, thanks for having me here :)
I have a problem with opening Archi on my MacBook. An error sais to look for a file in library and I dont have this file there.
I can only click "ok" on error and my Archi doesn't open.
I already remove application and download it one more time. Nothing changes.
Could you please help?
The log file is in the folder as shown in the error dialog.
The ".config" folder is a hidden folder so you need to show hidden files in Mac's Finder - this can be done by pressing three keys - Shift Cmd . (the dot key) [1]. Also you need to see the "Library" folder [2].
Another way to open this folder is:
1. In the Finder menu choose "Go" and then "Go To Folder..."
2. Type the path in the dialog box - /Users/monikamatyjekgora/Library/Application Support/Archi4/.config
You could try deleting this folder and restarting Archi:
/Users/monikamatyjekgora/Library/Application Support/Archi4/.config
