As a former developer, I don't want to rock the boat so I am hesitant to ask:
Are we within a month of seeing the v4.9 release?
I ask because
- our organization has a lengthy/onerous software approval/deployment process, and getting another versions processed in short order would be unlikely
- clues are there in Git that 4.9.0 is being prepared for
- Archi seems relatively reliable in releasing on 6-month cycles
I'd be glad to wait couple weeks knowing one was forthcoming...
Early access to 4.9 is available here - https://www.archimatetool.com/beta/
I have been looking at the 4.9 version, most looks good.
It will be great if this version could allow user to click element in Visualizer and display it in the Model designer/ grid screen should user want to make changes. This should be true for all elements & relationship that appears in the visualizer. It will make changes to the element easier if needed. You should also be able to open properties dialogue
