ArchiMate 2.1 Specification,
7.1.6 Access Relationship:
"The arrow head, if present, indicates the direction of the flow of information."

How can I change the direction of access relation?

Hi,

May I suggest you to use some key words like "Hello", "Please" and then to read the Archi manual... You should then find something explaining you that this can be done through the Properties pannel by choosing the appropriated "Access Type".
