Title: In what view is an object used
Post by: s_derix on December 01, 2021, 11:30:36 AM
Hi,
I really love the visualiser in Archi. With a click you see how an object relates to other objects.

Is there a way to see in what view(s) an object is used?
I have a model with about 30 ArchiMate views and I want to know in what Views a particular object (Business Object) is used.

I have exported my model to CSV, but this doesn't contain the views.
I also exported my model to XML, and this has the infomration in it but this is very cumbersome to analyse.

Thanks in @vance!

In Archi itself you can select an object and in the Properties window select the "Analysis" tab. Here you'll see where the object is used in Views.

For analysis you can use a simple jArchi script.
