Is there a way to sort the sequence in which views and elements are written to the report document? or is it always in alphabetic order?
On the root folder I can document the 'Purpose', showing up on the Purpose page.
On the Views Folder I can add documentation, that is unfortunately not printed on the Views separator page?

Hi,
Views are always sorted by name, and concepts are always sorted by type and name.
Folder info is not part of the Jasper Report.
