Hi,
Archi supports specialisations of Archimates native types like business process, application service, etc. This seems to me another name an maybe another icon and nothing more.
What would be helpful is the ability to define properties for specialisations, that have to be filled by the modeller. e.g. for a special business process type one has to always define a typical process duration, # process executions / per year, etc. in properties. Archi would throw a warning, if this is missing (incomplete model).
Broader speaking: is it possible to tailor the metamodel of Archi?
If you are referring to Profiles as part of Specializations, then this is something that we are planning to implement.
