Title: Link to external documentation ressources (smb not http/https)
Post by: casacde on February 27, 2023, 11:26:19 AM
Hello,

there is a property "Documentation:" which has a nice function. With that i can use a link to reference an external documentation for it - when i use the html-report. So i can use the report as a website, where my colleagues can browse my entire model, without having Archi installed. Unfortunately i canĀ“t link to documents on a smb share, because of security settings in browsers.

Is there any way of linking traditional smb ressources to an archi model?

It depends ;-)

Archi detects URL patterns, so as soon as you are able to use another protocol/storage system, then it should work.

Are you stuck with SMB or can you use OneDrive or SharePoint links ?
