Is there a nice way to create a hyperlink in a view, so I can connect to external views (e.g. Visio)
Not in a view, but hyperlinks are parsed in the "Documentation" field in the Properties tab.

if I put in www.archimatetool.com is just text, not clickable (Using Report/Html, not Jasper report)
You have type put http://www..archimatetool.com, the open the url witch ctrl-click.
