Is there anyone does have information of if cmdbuild will be possible to integrate with version 3?

It depends of what you mean by "integrate". If you think about this import/export plugin (https://bitbucket.org/bompani/cmdbuild-unibo) then I don't think so as it was built for previous version of eclipse. But this is not a big deal and it should be easy for its author to update it. I would suggest you to send him a message.
If you think "integrate" with other solutions, you can try the new CSV export/import. This should be easy to do.
