Title: what is the refresh UI command mentioned in 0.4.4 change log?

I'm not recognizing it among the commands noted in the wiki.

the change log statement is "add option to refresh UI when running a script"

ah, thank you.  not the type of command I was expecting, so i wasn't looking in the right place in the wiki. thanks again!
