Title: Including example scripts in a packaged version of Archi
Post by: nfb on December 29, 2020, 10:14:52 AM
Hi,

I'm working on a packaged version of Archi for distribution, and I'm wondering if there is a simple way to make included example scripts appear in the Scripts Manager when they run Archi for the first time? I didn't see anything specific in the developer docs. Right now they're just in an "examples" folder in the package and the user has to copy-paste them into Archi.

Thanks for your time!

I assume you're talking about example scripts that you've created?

If so, they'll need to be in the Scripts folder as defined in Preferences. See here (https://github.com/archimatetool/archi/wiki/How-to-create-a-packaged-version-of-Archi-(including-configuration-and-plugins))
