Hello all,

I'm a noob here so please don't kill me if it is a known issue...

I have a problem in my system.

When trying to access the GIT repository on "publish" (or other actions), Archi has a long wait, shows a circle turning, and a "not responding" on the title.
After long seconds, the publish screen is shown, sometimes not fully rendered.
Same happens after I press the OK button.

I would like to know if there is a log that I can give to my administrator that could help solving my issue

Thank you!
Alon

Some Technical information:
I have a fairly strong machine (SSD, 8 GB...) on Win 7
Using Archi 4.6.0
Collaboration plug-in
Connecting to a GIT repository on TFS  by SSH

You can check the error log as follows:

QuoteTake a look at the Configuration and Error Log and copy their contents. The Configuration and Error Log can be accessed in Archi by selecting the "About Archi" menu item. In the dialog box press the "Installation Details" button, then select the "Configuration" tab and press the "View Error Log" button.

What do you mean by "not fully rendered"?

Sounds like something is using resources in the background.

Try:

1. Using a different machine to see if it's a problem with the local installation
2. Using a different git repository

You'll need to narrow the problem down to see if it's a connection problem, a repo problem, or a local machine and Archi installation problem.

Also, I just remembered, if the repo is large there can be a delay when git is cleaning up.  See https://github.com/archimatetool/archi-modelrepository-plugin/issues/108

Thank you very much for your fast response!
I will do some homework and then return with info.

Again, Thanks
