how can we choose multiple selections in the conflict window when merging

If you mean so that you can change "Mine" to "Theirs" in bulk, then no:

I've just released coArchi 0.8.2 which now supports multiple selections in the conflicts window. Clicking the "Mine" or "Theirs" button will now change it for the selection.
