Java was started but returned exit code=13 error

When I try to open Arch v4.0 Beta, I get the following error:

"Java was started but returned exit code=13"

What goed wrong?

This usually means that a wrong version of Java is being used. Is this Windows, Mac, Linux version? The Windows version of Archi beta has its own Java runtime in the "jre" folder.

Any more information that helps in diagnosing the problem is always useful.

I just had the same problem since a recent Windows blue screen crash.
As Archi on Windows brings its how JRE, how is it possible that there now is a version mismatch?

I don't know how that could happen. Assuming you're on Windows 64-bit perhaps a re-install of Archi might fix it.
