Remote Import - Fetching - nothing

When trying to import a remote model, fetching starts...spins...then goes away.  No error.  No model.

Is there a log file that can be captured to see actual work being performed.

Has anyone else experienced this.

OS: Windows 10

Hi,

When you say no model, I guess you mean no model opened. Can you check if it is listed inside the collaboration workspace (bottom left by default but could be placed elsewhere in some occasion, if you don't find it, use menu Collaboration > Toggle Collaboration Workspace):


If yes, just double-clic on its name and it will open. If not, then please check the error log (Help > About Archi > Installation Details > Configuration > View Error Log).

Thank you!.  I didn't have the "Collaboration Workspace" view open so I didn't see that it did work.  I only had the "Models" view open. 

Once I "opened" the model in the Collaboration Workspace, it showed up in the "Models" view.
