Would it be of value if Archi can have a standard Key-Value pair for each element, that is about Quality?

I mean the property 
But that Archi has a default property called "Quality"?
So we don't have to add it to every element by hand.

No, there is no default properties in Archi. But as noticed in another post, there are some workaround to add properties through CSV export/import.
