Yes, much better. More control, we can start new message boards as needed, add attachments, and more. 

Not possible to import posts from the Google forums because it's not possible to import members. And posts without members doesn't work.

And what about creating a dummy "imported" user and associate him old posts? At least we would save content....

I don't think that's even possible. The old forums will have to remain read-only. Besides, we may be entering a new Archi era.
