Archi 4.2 Released

Hi all,

today I released Archi 4.2. This version contains the following features:

• Provide x2 icons for hi-res screens
• Command line support improved
• Show file name of selected model in title bar
• [Jasper Reports] Strings externalised for localisation
• [HTML Report] Fix link hit points on hi-res screens
• [ArchiMate Exchange Format] Export font information explicitly
