AWS stuff, best way to model

Hi all,

I'd like your feedback/proposition to model some of AWS concepts:

* Any SAAS service (S3, DynamoDB, Lambda ...) : as a technical service
* Resource provisioned service (EC2, EMR, MKS, ....): as node and affiliate (Sys SW, Device, ...)
* AMI: as artefact
* AWS Region: Node or Facility or Location?
* AWS AZ: Node or Facility or Location?
* AWS Account: location or Grouping ? (we are using several AWS account, using each ressource in multiple but same AWS regions)

Anyone has examples/idea?
