How to get folder name from element?

Hi,

1. Is it possible to get folder name from an element?
2. How to get full path of an element?

I would like to export elements to excel like in the example script but with parent folder name and/or a path e.g.

Name; Documentation; ID; Type; Folder; Path
Payroll; Some describtion; id-2b6b883c9c0d4ec4af3b5dd84ee45401; business-process; HR; Business\Processes\HR
